The room was spacious and impeccably clean. I liked the USB ports located conveniently by the bed. Breakfast had many choices. I found the available options very satisfying.
The water pressure in the shower was slightly low.

The room had high ceilings and elegant decor. A wide bed was a plus, as were the complimentary water and sleep mat. The provided coffee maker was a nice addition.

The staff accommodated my request to store luggage before check-in. Maria was especially helpful with my requests. The front desk staff are very friendly and ready to provide any information to the guests.

a mixed experience, some issues noted
worn mattresskitchen ventilation
The mattress felt quite worn. it seemed to sink in after a short time. i also noticed a constant noise early each morning, possibly from the kitchen ventilation. it stopped in the evening when the restaurant closed. some staff members weren't very cute. I found them not very attentive for a hotel of this level.

Excellent Stay!

The room was spacious and beautiful, it included a comfy double bed. The bathroom was enormous, four people could easily fit in without a squeeze. I found some nice goodies. Tunnock Tea Cakes made a nice touch. Good speed free WiFi ensured I could stay connected and get some work done.
There was no room service available since none of the phones worked properly.

The staff was helpful and very friendly. There is an elevator to all floors. The member of the front of the house should be professional, I had to speak to the manager, and he was very helpful.

Parking at the hotel was quite convenient. The room included robes and slippers.. a nice touch. Breakfast included both buffet and a la carte options. The Scottish breakfast was particularly good, and I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries.
The hotel rooms lacked air conditioning, so I had to keep the windows open to cool the room.
